There is free parking available for patients in our private parking lot located behind the building.
From the north:
1) Take US-101 S toward SAN JOSE.
2) Exit 417 for POPLAR AVENUE.
3) Continue onto E POPLAR AVENUE.
4) Turn left onto N SAN MATEO DR.
From the south:
1) US-101 N toward SAN FRANCISCO.
2) Exit 416 for W 3RD AVENUE, keep right.
3) Turn right onto S HUMBOLDT ST.
4) Turn left onto TILTON AVE.
5) Turn right onto N SAN MATEO DR.
